“These guys are amazing. We were only looking for an overnight pet sitting for my little old dog (Yorkie, around 12 years old, less than 5 pounds) who we adopted from a shelter in Korea. I searched for it really hard and I found some sincere reviews on Downtown Doggies. So I met them for a meet and greet session at the lobby of our apartment and we ended up spending an hour (supposed to be 30mins) They listened to my concerns and expectations and Mimi even warmed up with them during that time! Richard and Mikey were like family to Mimi while we were away for a trip for 2 weeks. Mikey for the first several days and Richard for the rest days stayed at our place with her and sent me such sweet updates including pictures, videos and messages of how they spent a day. It was soooo much fun getting the updates throughout the day (in addition to walk three times a day) during our trip and we even forgot Mimi bc we felt so much relieved and comfortable with how they did for Mimi. ? They were even so responsive anytime on top of that. They literally found out what she likes and they were just so happy for whatever she expected from them. I loved how they got to know about Mimi (so quick!!) and we got to know her more and better thanks to them. Mimi was literally acting like the same to them. How comfortable she was! Our apartment was temporary so we did not have a coffee machine and cables like sports channels (but at least we had netflix and wifi! ?) We did not have a guest room so they had to sleep on our sofa even with Mimi (bc Mimi wanted to! ?) I feel so sorry about that but they were just as happy for us and so so professional!! When we got back from our trip the house was even cleaner and Mimi looked like she already missed Mikey and Richard since she had so much fun with them. Can’t thank them enough. We really appreciate how professional and meticulous they were. Our leasing office loved how Richard and Mikey did for Mimi and they even wanted to put their business cards for other residents. It’s pretty high tech that sends an email and text showing you were the dog has gone on their walk, where they alleviated themselves, a cute pic and a note about the walk.
It’s a challenge to get someone to watch an elderly disabled dog, but Richard was attentive, patient and communicative. I would trust him with my precious pittie anytime.”
